One more meal from my trip this autumn to Munchen. The Weißwürste - “white sausages”, traditionally eaten only in the morning, often served with sweet mustard and freshly baked pretzels and wheat beer (Weißbier)
This is a photo of my lunch in bar in Munich this autumn. It was very delicious schnitzel with potatoes (some ketchup and mayonnaise) and fresh salad, and of course a glass of weissbeer. It was shoot by my current digital camera Canon Ixus 55.
Solyanka is a thick, spicy and sour soup in the Russian cuisine. For meat solyanka, ingredients like beef, ham, sausages, chicken breasts, and cabbage, together with salty mushrooms, cucumber pickles, tomatoes, onions, olives, capers, allspice, parsley, and dill are all cut fine and mingled with cream in a pot. The broth is added, and all shortly heated in the stove, without boiling.
One more photo from my old collection. It was also shoot with my first digital camera IXUS 400. It served me good almost for two years.
